Red Route - City Tour
Buses depart every 30-40 mins. The first bus departs from Stop 1: Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall (Financial Center Road - Tourist Bus Parking Area) at 9:00 AM and the last bus departs at 5:00 PM. The full tour route lasts approx. 2 hours. For the most up-to-date bus stop locations and departure timings, we recommend visiting the Big Bus website or downloading the Big Bus app. To access live bus tracking on the day of your travel, please download the Big Bus app in advance of your arrival.
Blue route - Beach Tour
Buses depart every 30-40 mins. The first bus departs from Stop 1: Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall (Financial Center Road - Tourist Bus Parking Area) at 9:15 AM and the last bus departs at 5:15 PM. The full tour route lasts approx. 2 hours 30 minutes. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. For live bus tracking on the day of travel - please download the Big Bus App in advance of arrival.

Ticket Redemption
Please present your voucher to a Big Bus Tours staff member before boarding at any stop. We recommend beginning your journey at Stop 1: Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, located on Financial Center Road in the Tourist Bus Parking Area. Mobile vouchers are accepted. The Arabian Dhow Cruise departs every hour between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Stop 5: Arabian Dhow Cruise, located on Al Seef Street opposite the Ministry of Defence building. The cruise lasts approximately one hour. If you hold a 5-day ticket, you’ll also enjoy unlimited pizza and soft drinks on board. For the Lost Chambers Aquarium, please exchange your voucher for entry tickets at Stop 21: Atlantis the Palm. Tickets can be collected from the Big Bus Tours kiosk at the Avenues entrance of the aquarium. The Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Tickets must be collected from a Big Bus Tours staff member at Stop 15: Dubai Frame before entering the attraction. Entry includes access to all Dubai Frame galleries. The Desert Sunset Tour departs from Stop 1: Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, and lasts approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes, including 50-minute transfers each way. The tour operates between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on sunset times, and runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Big Bus staff will confirm your exact departure time when you redeem your ticket.
