Satisfy your culinary curiosity, and master the authentic methods of making pasta, ravioli, and/or gnocchi in this 3 hour cooking class. Under the expert guidance of a local Italian chef, you will work with flour, eggs and other ingredients to create fettuccine, ravioli, gnocchi as well as preparing some starters.  You will also hear stories and legends about how the dishes came to be, and what made them so popular ´till these dates. Then, you are invited to enjoy your creations at the table for dinner with starters, desert and wine.

Sample dishes taught during this class are: • Bruschetta al pomodoro • Fettuccine al Ragu Bolognese or Carbornara • Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci or Gnocchi al Pesto (Potato dumplings with Pesto) • TiramisuMenu could change slightly according to the season and what s the freshest ingredients available on that day.  If you have any particular request, please type in the special notes! 

Lastly, you will enjoy all these creations of yours with wine. The best part is that you will get to keep these recipes to recreate these tasty dishes and wow your friends at home with your new culinary skills that you acquire from this cooking class.

• If there is something in particular you would like to learn how to make, please send us a note along with your booking, and we will try our best to accommodate that. • If you would like to add a person on the day of the class, even if that person does does not participate, they will still have to pay a fee, Also, the space is not always guaranteed, please call supplier in advance to have this arranged. • If you are a vegetarian, or have any dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance at the time of booking. If you inform our staff only at the time of the class, accommodations might not be possible because supplies are bought the morning of the class. • If you are on a gluten free diet, there is a small extra fee for the ingredients. • The class will be held at a restaurant kitchen so you can get a cultural glimpse on what it is like to be working inside an Italian restaurant kitchen in Italy or the chef´s house depending on the time of booking.
