In this experience we will go to a private professional kitchen in which a chef will give us a master class in Basque/Navarrese cuisine. We shall make and eat: •A meat or fish paella rice. •A plate of meat or fish "when we receive the reservation we will send them the options to choose" •And a Basque cheesecake "burnt Basque cheesecake" When booking there is also option "cider menu" This option we would make starters from •navarra cider chitter •Cod omelette •Main course ripened cow chop. 1 kg for every two diners •Idiazabal cheese dessert of Navarre, quince and walnuts.
