Our Favourites

Begin at the Boqueria Market, one of the top food markets in the world. As your guide leads you through the patterned walkways, you’ll learn about Catalan food traditions and even enjoy a tasting

Next, explore the scenic Ramblas promenade. Soak up the energy of this former market and snap a few photos of open-air cafes, flower stalls, and the unusual Miró mosaic.

We’ll also stop by a caganer shop to hear the story of one of Catalonia’s strangest traditions. Then visit the church of Santa Maria del Mar and finally El Born Market, a striking building now housing the remains of the Born neighborhood.

Upgrade to end your tour with a special tasting of cured meats, premium cheeses, Catalan tomato bread (pa amb tomàquet), and wines.

We’ll have an olive tasting in La Boquería market, but you’ll also have some time to purchase food items at markets along the way if you wish. Your guide can provide recommendations for local flavors and how to get the best value.

The optional tasting upgrade features premium cheeses, meats, wine, and more in a private room at Vila Viniteca. For kids, soft drinks will be provided.
