- At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
- Please be advised, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are monitored in case of any flight delays.
- We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxi.

If your booking is for more than 4 passengers, then this condition does not apply to your booking. - **Excess Luggage:** If you arrive with more pieces of luggage than allowed and they don't fit into the car's trunk, our driver Will assist you in getting another taxi from the taxi stand. Please note that Indus Pickups will not cover the charge of the additional taxi. - **Complimentary Waiting Time:** We offer complimentary waiting time based on the type of transfer booked: - Airport pickup: 60 minutes The waiting time starts counting from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may result in an additional charge based on the vehicle type you have requested: - For a Pickup where a Sedan car-type is assigned: EUR 6.00 / 15 min - For a Pickup where a Minivan car type is assigned: EUR 9.00 / 15 min - **Communication:** Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on or connected to the airport's free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If we are unable to contact you an hour after your actual flight arrival time, we may have to release your driver. If your flight is delayed, your driver will track the flight number provided in your booking to adjust the complimentary waiting time accordingly.
