- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during any tour. If a participant arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to refuse participation. This will be treated as a late cancellation with no refund.
- The company, including all guides and support staff, is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, or fatality during the tour
- Participants are fully responsible for the equipment allocated to them during the tour. In cases of damage or loss due to negligence or failure to follow instructions, the company reserves the right to charge the participant for repairs or replacement
- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement
