Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult

A valid Australian seniors, student, or health care card must be presented for a concession ticket; if a valid card is not presented, the difference must be paid on the door

Animal encounters should be booked on arrival at the Park
All encounters subject to availability
For animal encounters, bookings are essential and need to be made at the entrance building prior to the scheduled time
The operator allows up to four people per photo, depending on the animal you choose
Hand-feeding kangaroos and emus with specific "roo food," which is available from the ticket office, is permitted, but no other food
Do not feed any other animals at the park, as they require special diets
Photos will be ready within 60 minutes of having the experience and can be collected from the staff in the gift shop
