As a suggestion, we start our day in Setúbal, walking along Luisa Todi Avenue, which is the most important avenue in Setúbal. Then we visit the Livramento Market, and São Filipe Fortress, which is a fortification located in Setúbal, classified as a national monument since 1933. It is located in the Arrábida Natural Park and is in a dominant position on a hill, opposite the city of Setúbal, overlooking the mouth of Sado River and the Atlantic Ocean.
Passing through Arrábida Hills, with its famous beaches of Galapagos and Galapinhos, known for being a piece of paradise on Earth, we head towards Azeitão, known for its artisanal cheese, regional confectionery, and pottery (tiles).
We will also stop in Palmela to visit Fort of Palmela, classified as a National Monument since 1910 and which will provide us with a wonderful view over the region.

A Tagus river passage where architecture embraces nature. Opened to traffic in 1998, right before the world EXPO 98 in Lisbon, still has the title of Longest Bridge in Europe with more than 12 kilometers over the river estuary.
