Accommodation: If the designated hotel in Unazuki Onsen is unavailable, an equivalent-class hotel will be arranged.
Kurobe Gorge Railway; The train route may change depending on operating conditions, especially during heavy snow in April and May. Repairs to Kanetsuri Bridge (affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake) may also affect the route. Trolley trains are windowless; bring rain gear during rainy weather.
Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route; Departure times from the hotel on Day 2 vary between 6:00–10:00 AM, based on route reservations. Departures before 7:30 AM may offer a packed breakfast. Transport may be suspended in severe weather, and if crossing the route is impossible, ticket costs will be refunded unless alternate arrangements are provided. The Snow Wall Walk is held at Murodo, where you can explore on your own. Wall heights may vary during the season. Murodo's temperature may drop below freezing; wear warm, waterproof clothing and suitable footwear. Sunglasses are recommended due to snow glare. The Snow Wall Walk may be canceled due to bad weather, with no refunds provided.
Kurobe Dam; The sightseeing water release is scheduled for June 26–October 15, 2025. Departures before or after these dates will not include the water release. The water release may be canceled due to bad weather, with no refunds provided.
Luggage and Valuables; Large luggage can be stored on the bus; guests are responsible for managing their valuables.
Tickets: Train and express tickets will not be distributed in advance but will be handed out by the tour guide on the day of departure. Transportation costs between your home and the boarding/disembarking stations are your responsibility.
Punctuality: Please adhere to the designated meeting time. Departures will proceed as scheduled. Missing the tour due to any reason will result in no refunds, and alternative transportation must be arranged at your own expense
Itinerary Changes: Listed schedules and routes may change due to transportation delays, weather, or road conditions. The order of sightseeing or planned stops may also be adjusted.
Seating: Standard reserved seats are provided unless otherwise noted. Specific seat requests (e.g., window or aisle) are not accommodated, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed for groups. In emergencies, you may share a seat with the tour guide.
