  • This activity has no age limit

  • Accommodation: If the designated hotel in Unazuki Onsen is unavailable, an equivalent-class hotel will be arranged.

  • Kurobe Gorge Railway; The train route may change depending on operating conditions, especially during heavy snow in April and May. Repairs to Kanetsuri Bridge (affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake) may also affect the route. Trolley trains are windowless; bring rain gear during rainy weather.

  • Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route; Departure times from the hotel on Day 2 vary between 6:00–10:00 AM, based on route reservations. Departures before 7:30 AM may offer a packed breakfast. Transport may be suspended in severe weather, and if crossing the route is impossible, ticket costs will be refunded unless alternate arrangements are provided. The Snow Wall Walk is held at Murodo, where you can explore on your own. Wall heights may vary during the season. Murodo's temperature may drop below freezing; wear warm, waterproof clothing and suitable footwear. Sunglasses are recommended due to snow glare. The Snow Wall Walk may be canceled due to bad weather, with no refunds provided.

  • Kurobe Dam; The sightseeing water release is scheduled for June 26–October 15, 2025. Departures before or after these dates will not include the water release. The water release may be canceled due to bad weather, with no refunds provided.

  • Luggage and Valuables; Large luggage can be stored on the bus; guests are responsible for managing their valuables.

  • Tickets: Train and express tickets will not be distributed in advance but will be handed out by the tour guide on the day of departure. Transportation costs between your home and the boarding/disembarking stations are your responsibility.

  • Punctuality: Please adhere to the designated meeting time. Departures will proceed as scheduled. Missing the tour due to any reason will result in no refunds, and alternative transportation must be arranged at your own expense

  • Itinerary Changes: Listed schedules and routes may change due to transportation delays, weather, or road conditions. The order of sightseeing or planned stops may also be adjusted.

  • Seating: Standard reserved seats are provided unless otherwise noted. Specific seat requests (e.g., window or aisle) are not accommodated, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed for groups. In emergencies, you may share a seat with the tour guide.

  • Travel Delays: The company is not responsible for additional costs such as taxis or overnight stays due to delays.

  • Transportation Notes: Buses may be medium or small-sized, depending on the group size. Buses are non-smoking and lack onboard toilets. Reclining seats are generally unavailable unless specified. Train and bus seating arrangements are determined by the company.

  • Facilities and Costs: Admission fees included in the tour price may differ from public rates. No adjustments will be made post-departure.

  • Requests: Seat preferences, hotel smoking/non-smoking rooms, and dietary/allergy accommodations may not be fulfilled.

  • Tour Changes or Cancellations: Tours may be modified or canceled 14 days before departure if minimum group size is unmet or due to force majeure events like natural disasters or accidents.

  • Food: Menus may vary based on facility sourcing.

  • Unused Options: Refunds are not provided for unused benefits or options included in the plan.

  • Lost Items: Items left behind will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends (except perishable or impractical items, which will be disposed of immediately).

  • Pets: Not allowed on the tour.

  • Reservations: Bookings made online will receive all communications via email. No physical mail will be sent.

  • Health Conditions: Guests with pre-existing conditions or pregnancy should consult their doctor before participating.

  • The trolley car has no windows. In case of rain, please bring rain gear such as a rain coat

  • Temperatures in the Murodo area can drop below freezing. Please dress warmly and wear comfortable waterproof walking shoes. Also, please bring sunglasses as the snow in Murodo is very illuminating.

  • Onward Journey: Boarding is available at Ueno and Omiya Stations; notify us at booking. Guests are responsible for platform access fees at these stations.
  • Return Journey: The return trip concludes at Shinjuku Station via the Limited Express Azusa. Please note that the train does not stop at Ueno, Omiya, or Tokyo stations. However, you may disembark at Hachioji or Tachikawa stations.
  • Boarding or disembarking does not qualify for refunds or discounts.
  • Groups must select the same boarding/disembarking station. Changes within 20 days of departure are not allowed. If a change is necessary, cancel and rebook (cancellation fees may apply).
  • Tour Conditions: The tour price and conditions are based on fares and schedules as of November 10, 2024. Train names, numbers, and times may change due to schedule adjustments.
