Only pick up guests who choose the package Deluxe Cabin/Premium Cabin/Terrace Suite With Transfer. Our transfer has a fixed location for pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. If your current hotel location is not in our pick-up area so here are my options: 1. Please choose a new hotel location in the Old Quarter Area 2. If not possible, please catch a taxi from your location to our pick-up point at Ha Noi Opera House at 8:30 AM Kindly let me know your decision when you have the time.

A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority. • Wi-Fi is available onboard free of charge in the terrace deck. However, regular interruption is expected due to nature of internet signal at sea. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler • All adult prices are applied for group with even numbers of pax (for example 02, 04, 06...) only.
