Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center
This Tour is for those who are on a time constraint and budget. This is a direct shuttle to the Wildlife Center with a scenic stop at Beluga Point. Board your Turnagain Arm Shuttle for the guided drive along Alaska’s most scenic highway. From beginning to end there are dramatic views of mountain scenery and the Cook Inlet. At the 140-acre Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, jaws drop in awe-even while viewing Alaska's spectacular wildlife. AWCC’s mission is to provide refuge for orphaned, injured and ill animals-those that can’t survive in the wild. Your shuttle will take you directly to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center where you can witness Alaskan Wildlife up-close. Your journey includes a one-hour visit to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center where you will be able to stroll the grounds at your leisure for one hour and then a direct journey back to Anchorage. We depart from the Alaska Wildlife Center gift shop on time. Please ask your driver for the departure time and remember it is hard to find guest last minute, so kindly be ready at departure time. Turnagain Arm is a “Must See destination” via The Turnagain Arm Shuttle.

***We pick up for the All Around City Tour at Alaska's Finest Tours and Adventures, 509 W 3rd Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501, USA.*** - Because we want to get right to work at showing you the most stunning scenery Alaska has to offer, we no longer pick up at hotels. Prior years it often took 1/2 an hour to an hour picking up customers. We have found nobody wants a hotel tour before and after a tour. - *Please be ready 20 minutes prior.* - Look for a gray van with a brown bear on the back. - A representative may be looking for you, so please watch for them. They are there to expedite the tour as the stop can get very congested and remember we don't know what you look like. - If you need transfer service - - Anchorage has Uber, Lyft and taxi service which is convenient and inexpensive. Many hotels offer FREE shuttle service to the downtown visitors center. - Parking lots and garages are located at various locations one block away and are clearly marked. Please remember to take a picture of your parking ticket as you can add time should the tour go over the time allotted. - Remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason, you can reach us at both the number and email above.
