Your workshop begins in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s historic center, just two minutes away from the main square, cafes, and restaurants. Step into a fully equipped kitchen studio, where you’ll meet your instructor, a local chef, and your fellow participants. With a maximum of ten people, you’ll enjoy personalized guidance throughout the session. You’ll be provided with an apron and utensils before you start preparing the pâte à choux. Follow your instructor’s clear, step-by-step instructions as you learn to shape and bake the perfect choux pastry. Once your choux are baked to golden perfection, you’ll learn to make a rich, smooth Chantilly cream. Once done, you’ll get to taste the fruits of your labor. Want to recreate these delicious pastries at home? Each participant will receive a free illustrated booklet with recipes to help you remember each step.
