This extra time allows us to manage the administrative procedures and provide you with a detailed explanation of the boat and its characteristics. The first rental appointment is at 9:00 in the morning.
During check-in, we will provide you with further details on the rental conditions, safety procedures and responsibilities that you will have to follow while using the boat. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have to ensure safe and trouble-free browsing.
At the time of return, several aspects will be checked, including: Both external and internal damages, beyond those previously noted in the rental agreement. It will be checked that all fixtures and fittings supplied with the vessel are present and in good condition.
Once the inspection has been completed and it has been established that the vessel is in good condition or that any damage is part of normal wear and tear, the charterer will proceed with the return of the deposit to the client. It is important to note that the specific details regarding the return process and refund of the deposit may vary depending on the agreement entered into in the rental agreement and the renter's policies. We always recommend that you read the rental agreement carefully.
