Cooking Class Itinerary: Duration: 4 hours 1. Introduction We will provide background information on Dika M. Radica, croatian Julia Child, and her significant contributions to Croatian cuisine and set the stage by discussing life in Croatia during the time when she collected traditional recipes. 2. Cooking Session Chef Elena will lead the cooking session, demonstrating techniques and guiding guests through the preparation of traditional Croatian dishes inspired by authentic Dalmatian dishes as well as Dika M. Radica's work. Guests will actively participate in cooking, learning new skills and recipes under Chef Elena's supervision. 3. Dining Experience Once the dishes are prepared, guests will gather around the dining table to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Everyone will have the opportunity to taste the delicious creations made during the class, accompanied by Croatian wines or other beverages. 4. Diploma Ceremony To commemorate their participation, each guest will be presented with a diploma certifying their completion of the cooking class. Throughout the class, there will be opportunities for interaction, questions, and discussions to enrich the learning experience.

MAIN - Cooked trout with chard on tomato sauce

DESSERT - Bobići

The traditional dessert is made from almonds, maraschino, citrus fruits and spices. The prepared dish is taken home as a souvenir
