Together will discover the unique flavors of Tuscan cuisine while I will tell you the stories behind each recipe and reveal the tricks of the trade. The course includes the preparation of 3 traditional Tuscan dishes and a welcome aperitif will be offered. You can also choose a more specific course by taking the class in a local farmhouse where you can learn more about the secrets of wheat and bread-making or choose a course in an educational farm and vegetable garden
Pickup included
I will welcome the guests on my house and each class will be a private class. I will be at your side explaining and showing you step by step each procedure. Moreover, I will explain some clues and histories that are behind each recipes. All those things will make your experience unique. We will cook together the fresh an organic ingredients I buy from my trusted suppliers and you will eat the things you have cooked. Furthermore, during the experience I will also explain some theoretical topics on flour and cooking and I will tell the origin of the recipes on a historical level. For those who wish, it is also possible to carry out an educational activity at the agritourism with which I collaborate or an activity dedicated exclusively to wheat and bread.
