If you go to Shanghai by yourself, we provide shuttle bus pick-up service at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Railway Station, and Shanghai Pudong Airport. Tourists who arrive earlier will be sent to the Wufang International Travel Special Gate 8 of [Shanghai Bund Tourism Comprehensive Service Center]. There is no fixed itinerary on that day, and you can move freely throughout the day. Recommended itineraries: [The Bund] (about 2 minutes walk); [Chenghuang Temple] (about 5 minutes walk); [Nanjing Road] (about 15 minutes walk). For tourists who arrive later, we will send them directly to the hotel where they are staying that day. There are no activities scheduled on that day. The pick-up service can only be used on the day of the tour. Please understand that we cannot provide pick-up service in advance or after the tour.

The distribution center provides free luggage storage service. The luggage storage time is: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please understand!

If the vehicle cannot arrive on time due to special circumstances, we will arrange for tourists to take a taxi. Please keep the receipt and the tour guide will reimburse you!

The last bus from the distribution center arrives at the Bund late. If you take the shuttle bus from Hongqiao and Shanghai Station at 16:00 or Pudong at 15:00, you will have very little time to spend at the Bund. It is recommended that you sign up for the Shanghai Night View self-funded project. You can also choose to travel in Shanghai at your own expense and return to the hotel at night. Please pay attention to the luggage storage time of the distribution center. Tourists who do not participate in the Shanghai Night View at their own expense that evening can take the shuttle bus from the distribution center to the hotel they are staying at that day. The shuttle bus time is 17:00-18:00. Please refer to the distribution notice of the day! Please return to the distribution center on time to take the shuttle bus. Since our free pick-up shuttle service ends at 23:00 on arrival time, if you arrive in Shanghai late, please choose to pay for the pick-up service. The pick-up service is provided at a fee. The price is the same for adults and children, and the fee is 80 yuan per person. If you do not choose, we assume that you will go to the hotel by yourself. The tour guide will inform you of the specific hotel 1 day before the tour. Please go there by yourself.

If you have included or signed up for the [Shanghai Night View Project], please gather at [Gate 1 of the Wufang Tourism Service Area of the Distribution Center] at 17:00. A "Night View Tour Guide" will lead you to visit the night view of Shanghai. If you arrive late, your tour will be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded!

Pujiang Cruise often stops sailing for a short time due to weather reasons. Since the team itinerary cannot be delayed, we will refund the ticket according to 100 yuan/adult, and there is no refund for children. Please understand! Since the self-funded items include driver fares and tour guide service fees, if you need to buy tickets by yourself, you need to pay 100 yuan/person for related fees. You can also go by yourself. Please understand!

During the actual trip of this product, without reducing the number of attractions, the tour guide may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of attractions, etc.) according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. If the original itinerary plan cannot be implemented due to force majeure and other factors, our agency will implement a refund for the excess and supplement for the shortfall for the cost changes caused by this.
