Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue. If the Travelers are in located between Playa del Carmen to Tulum, and they want to visit 5th avenue in Playa Del Carmen the way back to their hotel or Tulum would be on their own. The pick up time is set acording to your location and starts at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. We can pick you up from Hotels from Playacar to Tulum, but please note that if you decide to go to 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, guests from Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras will have to return to their hotel at their own expense.
