  • Due to the E-bike tour, you can't leave the tour mid-way.

  • For the briefing, please come to the meeting point 15min before the tour start time.

  • If it is determined that the tour cannot be held due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you by e-mail on the day before the tour. We will suggest you 1)Reschedule, 2)Full refund. Please understand that we will ask you to choose one of the following options.

  • Tour end time may be delayed due to traffic conditions. (Approximately 30min)

  • Ages 15 and younger are not permitted.

  • Please note that this is the group tour, if you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

  • If the weather is changed on the tour day, we may cancel the tour, due to the safety concern. We will also notify you by e-mail.
