First, you’ll master the basics with a step-by-step guide to making fluffy, flavorful sushi rice. Then, learn how to cut your veggies like a pro and roll two of the most iconic sushi styles: a California roll with avocado, cucumber and imitation crab, and a bright rainbow roll topped with avocado, beets and microgreens. Don’t worry if it’s your first time, Chef Misako makes it easy and fun, no sushi snobbery allowed. You’ll walk out with new skills, full bellies and maybe even a few sushi selfie.
