- Taekwondo, the national sport of Korea, is a sport in which you attack or defend your opponent using your bare hands and feet. As a traditional Korean martial art, it has the advantage of being able to train the body anytime, anywhere because it uses the bare body without any weapons.
- After simple stretching, learn the most basic movements of Taekwondo, Momtong Jireugi and Makgi.
