[Regarding license plate tour guide information] We will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide and license plate information for the next day's trip by email before 21:00 Japan time the day before the trip. If you have not received the email, please check the spam folder first. If not, please contact us in time! In the case of receiving multiple emails, the latest email received shall prevail.
[Regarding luggage privileges] Each person can carry one piece of luggage for free, and the extra part can be paid on the spot to the driver and guide at 2,000 yen/piece. Please be sure to make a note when placing an order. If you are not informed in advance, the driver and guide have the right to refuse you to board the bus and the group fee will not be refunded.
[Regarding driver and guide services] Driver and guide service: 4-13 people exquisite small group; driver + guide service: 14-45 people bus group, the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day of the group. The driver and guide mainly drives, supplemented by explanation.
[About force majeure] Due to the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. [About maple leaves] Due to climate change, the time for the maple leaves to turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once the group is formed, you cannot refund or complain about the itinerary on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red. Please be aware of this.
[About Flowering Period] The flowering period may be advanced or delayed due to the climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the travel fee will not be refunded.
