Free admission is granted to children aged under 3 years old

Full-time student aged 12 or above are eligible for the student discount, and required to present a valid student ID upon entry

Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

This is an admission ticket to Water World. You can present this ticket either on a smartphone or in printed form on an A4-sized paper at the entrance of Water World for admission from 4pm on selected date

For repair, maintenance, inclement weather, or other reasons, Water World may suspend the operation of any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of the sale of the Water World admission ticket that any request for a refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by Water World as a result of such suspension or closure of the attraction

A designated canned beer or designated non-alcoholic drink is included for each adult ticket but beer is for aged 18 or above only. A designated non-alcoholic drink is included for each child ticket. Ticket holders must be aged 18 or above to redeem or purchase alcoholic beverages, Water World reserves the right to check the ticket holder's identification document(s) for verification purposes

In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Water World may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public

In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Water World may exercise admission control and you may not be allowed entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaws, safety rules, and Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of the Park. Water World shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the Park

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Water World will be final

Please protect this ticket, do not damage or wet it, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. This ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Water World accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket

Child Ticket is applicable for children aged 3 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above with a valid admission ticket. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of the visit

Complimentary shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and Water World is available for Water World Admission Ticket holders. Visitors may get on the shuttle bus from Ocean Park Public Bus Interchange located near the Ocean Park entrance

You may rent keyless lockers online or on-site in Water World. With unlimited access during the rental period, you can store your personal items with ease

Visitors can bring their flip-flops/sandals, swimwear, waterproof pouch, and towel or purchase from the Treasure Reef shop in the Reef Lobby
