Ticket Redemption
Make sure to be a few minutes in advance at the meeting point. In case you'll be late, the guide will wait for you up to 5 minutes after the start time, then the tour will begin. In case of further delay, please get in touch with the emergency phone (we have Whatsapp) and we'll send you the address of the first stop, so that you can join the group there.
