VASARA has a free storage service. However, suitcase storage will be JPY 1,100 per piece. If you have any valuables, please take them with you while you go sightseeing around Tokyo. VASARA and Klook won't be responsible for any damages or loss of property
You will be asked to pay in cash for damage to the kimono that exceeds the care range of the safety pack. Fees vary depending on the amount of damage
Please return to the dressing store by 30 minutes (17:30) before VASARA closing time (17:30-18:00 return: late fee JPY 1,100)
If you are late returning your kimono or yukata, or if you arrive later than your reservation time, please call the VASARA Customer Center (+81) 3-5577-5882 between 10:00 and 19:00
