This area is a hub of festivity, especially on weekends, offering a lively atmosphere with food, music, and dancing. Visitors come to enjoy not only the succulent, crispy-skinned pork but also other local favorites like "morcilla" (blood sausage) and "arroz con gandules" (rice with pigeon peas).
