Do you want to combine physical activity with a naturalistic and historical excursion? This is the experience for you! We will do an urban fitwalk of about 12 kilometers passing first through the nature of the Caffarella Park and then through the ancient history of Rome along a stretch of the ancient Appian Way.
We will leave early in the morning, to admire the Eternal City when it gets up!
We will go at a brisk pace, but we will not rush and I will always adapt to the needs of the guests.
At the end of the fitwalking we will take a bus to Cinecittà and then the Metro A to return to the starting point.
At the end of the walk we have breakfast together!
The wildest park in Rome, a forest near the city. Beware of rabbits!
We are in Capo di Bove: the heart of the Via Appia, the ancient "Regina viarum" (queen of all roads). The monument is a tomb built for love!
One of the most important villas of ancient Rome immersed in a breathtaking historical landscape
