Tripods and large-sized pieces of luggage are not permitted during the tour, and please leave them at your vehicle or place of stay

The tours will operate year-round, throughout seasonal weather. If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit from entering an area of the tour, the operator will do their best to provide the best route and/or alternate locations and timing to be able to continue to provide the best tour possible
If it is not possible to provide a planned inclusion of the tour with an admission cost, a partial refund will be offered to the guests, minus a processing fee
If the tour still takes place with a portion of the planned itinerary, you will not receive a refund other than excluded admissions. Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. The tour operator has no control over these closures
If you are unable to be admitted to Antelope Canyon, the tour will still include Horseshoe Bend Overlook, and viewing Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell; in such a case, a portion of the tour, equal to the Antelope Canyon admission minus a processing fee, will be refunded to you
