Participants holding bookings must check in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The operator reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time
Participants running late must contact Jet Boat Extreme immediately through +61 404099981. No refunds will be issued for no-shows
Participants may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst embarking, travelling or disembarking the jetboat
There is a 2-hour free parking across the road from the boarding location, underneath the Mantra Towers of Chevron building (access below the Coles sign)

Hold on tight! You're about to experience a crazy 650 horsepower jet engine unleashed on the spectacular waterways of the Gold Coast. Be awestruck at 80kph as you power past pristine beaches, skim the seaway and pull thrilling 360's on the beautiful Broadwater – a spray of salt in your face as raw adrenaline sets the pace.

We spin out daily between 8:15am – 4:15pm from the heart of Surfers Paradise. You better get jet for the rush!

- Please wear shoes and clothing which are easy to walk in
- Bring towels and change of clothes if you have another experience booked after your ride
- Sunglasses are a great idea to keep the wind and spray out of your eyes. If they are expensive and you’re worried about losing them, please bring a cheap pair
