What's included in Train Tickets From Kandy to Ella

- On arrival in the station, show your ticket on your phone to the ticket inspector
- You will sit on reserved section of the train which assigned under your passport number
- Enjoy the ride
- Ride will end in Ella railway station
Highly recommend you to reserve your tickets atleast 32 days ahead to get exactly what you prefer. If it is less than a month ahead, In case of unavailability of requested train time and class in higher demanding period, you will be given alternative train upon your confirmation.

- Please visit Kandy railway station atleast 15 minutes before the train departure time.
End Points
- You will end your ride in Ella railway station. However you are able to get down from any station in between Kandy and Ella based on your interest.
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
You will received an e version of the ticket via email and whatsapp. Please check into the train using the e-ticket. If your reservation made less than 32 days ahead of time, eTicket will send a week before or on the day before night at around 23.40pm.
