- Wheelchair partially accessible, due to structural reasons some areas of the Doge's Palace are not accessible, so the tour may be limited. If assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer.
- The tour will be provided rain or shine, though may be cancelled if tides are exceptionally high. In this case we'll provide a full refund

• Remember to bring with you Passport or ID card • Please note you need to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before tour starting time. • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements • Please note that no refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals. The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide it might be cancelled and refund will be provided. • Please note that due to new safety measures, lines to access the Doge's Palace might be expected also for skip-the line accesses (up to 10-20 minutes long). It is still a privileged access but all visitors are requested to go through safety checks (metal detector).
