- Duration: 6–9-seater vehicle - 10 hours / 13–18-seater vehicle - 9 hours; If you need pick-up or drop-off outside Tokyo, the driver's round-trip travel time (when no guests are in the vehicle) will be deducted; For Mount Fuji and Hakone areas, a 2-hr deduction will apply
- Route can be customised and travelers can refer to the suggested routes (For 6-9 seaters, visiting 5 locations is advised. For 13-18 seaters, visiting 3-4 locations is advised.)

- Per Japan's law, the service time for a 13-/18-seater is 9 hours
- According to regulations from the Japan Land Transport Bureau, drivers of vehicles with 13 and 18 passenger seats are required to take a 15-minute break every two hours of driving. This break time is included in the itinerary; please keep this in mind
- The service hours for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles: 8:00 am–8:00 pm
Maximum overtime: 1 hour - If customers pay for both airport transfer fees and 1-day tour products together and encounter flight delays, cancellations, or other reasons that prevent them from participating in the activity on their selected date the following day, the purchase date cannot be changed and refunds will not be granted
- If you need pick-up or drop-off outside Tokyo, the driver's round-trip travel time (when no guests are in the vehicle) will be deducted; For Mount Fuji and Hakone areas, a 2-hr deduction will apply, meaning the service time is 8 hrs for 7 & 10-seater vehicles, and the service time is 7 hrs for 13 & 18-seater vehicles

Policies
Purchase Summary
- Service Range: the route distance must be under 300 km
- Due to time constraints, please note that you will not be able to go to both Hakone and Mt. Fuji
- There will be an extra charge if you exceed the allowable capacity for people or baggage, please refer to the vehicle info and book accordingly
- Children under the age of 6 are required by law to use a car seat, the first car seat will be free of charge; please notify the number of eligible children in the "Note" section when booking (1 car seat occupies 1.5 passenger seats)
- Please provide your contact info (e.g. LINE or WeChat ID) when booking and make sure to allow friend adding requests
- In the event that travelers’ preferred language of the driver and vehicle type are not available, the supplier will be in contact for arrangements such as rescheduling or cancellation
- The car service is available 10 hours from 08:00 am to 9:00 pm. Using the service outside these hours will incur a late-night/early-morning fee. Please confirm with customer service the time you will be using the service
- Per Japan's law, the service time for a 13-/18-seater is 9 hours
- You can choose to depart anytime between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. If you choose the latest departure time (11:00 am), then overtime will not be possible for that day as the driver cannot continue working after 9:00 pm
- For tours heading towards Mt. Fuji, activities are restricted to within Yamanashi Prefecture. If you travel outside of Yamanashi Prefecture, such as Shizuoka Prefecture etc., additional cross-area service fees will apply
- If you choose to end the tour in Izo without returning to the hotel in Tokyo, you will be dropped of at Shin-Fuji Station
- Once the tour starts, you will not be able to change the drop-off location. If you need to get dropped off early (must be within 3km radius of the Tokyo Station) or if there is overtime, you are still required to pay for the overtime fee that would have been generated by the time of arriving at the original drop-off location
- If the tour is ended early due to the guest's decision, no refunds will be provided by our company
- If you use ETC to pass the highway toll station on the same day, please be advised that the highway invoice receipt cannot be provided on the same day.
- Toll Fee Explanation: The toll for the Kawaguchiko route via the Shuto Expressway is approximately 7,000 to 8,000 yen. If you visit Gotemba Outlet, an additional fee of around 1,000 yen will apply. For other destinations, please consult with the driver on the day. By default, the route will use the ETC lane, which allows for electronic invoices to be issued later but not on the spot. If you prefer a manual toll booth receipt, please inform the driver before departure. Note that using the manual lane will increase the waiting time for payment and the toll fee by about 2,000 to 3,000 yen. Remember to remind the driver on the day of departure if you wish to use the manual lane.
- This service provides private transportation only and does not include tour guide services or commentary.

The first car seat is free of charge, the second or more car seats require an additional JP¥2,000 per set, fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver
If the vehicle use exceeds 10 hours, overtime charges will apply:
- For 5–6 seater and 9-seater vehicles, you will be charged JP¥5,000/per hour, with every additional 30 minutes counted as a full hour
- For 13-seater, 18-seater, or larger vehicles, you will be charged JP¥5,000/per 30 minutes, with every additional 15 minutes counted as 30 minutes.
- The driver will provide a recommended return time based on map guidance. If traffic delays on the day of service cause overtime, the customer will be responsible for the all the overtime fees
- For 5–6 seater and 9-seater vehicles, you will be charged JP¥5,000/per hour, with every additional 30 minutes counted as a full hour
- For 13-seater, 18-seater, or larger vehicles, you will be charged JP¥5,000/per 30 minutes, with every additional 15 minutes counted as 30 minutes.
- The driver will provide a recommended return time based on map guidance. If traffic delays on the day of service cause overtime, the customer will be responsible for the all the overtime fees
Mt. Fuji 5th Station admission fee (JP¥2,060 - 4,700, dependent on the vehicle type)
・If the pickup and drop-off locations are outside the 23 special wards of Tokyo, a cross-district service fee will be charged. (Surcharges will vary based on the location.)
・If the customer’s accommodation is located in the Hakone/Fuji areas, etc. approximately 2 hours will be deducted due to the time it takes for the driver to go there and back. For medium-sized vehicles with 13 seats or more, the round trip time will be approximately 2 hours, so your actual service time will be counted as 7 hours
・If you choose to end the tour in Izo without returning to the hotel in Tokyo, you will be dropped of at Shin-Fuji Station
