• Tiger Kingdom Phuket is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last admission at 4:00 PM)
• All packages include roundtrip transportation within Patong only
• A 200 THB surcharge per roundtrip/private vehicle applies for pick-up and drop-off in these areas:
  Kata, Karon, Phuket Town, Surin Beach, Laguna, Layan, Nai-Thon, Nai-Yang, Mai-Khao, Airport, Ao-Por, Yamu, Koh Keaw, Thalang, Sapam, Laem Hin, Sirey, Choeng Thale, Nai-Harn, Rawai, Kamala, Cape Panwa, and Chalong
• Transfer service includes 2 hours at Tiger Kingdom. Additional time will be charged at 300 THB per hour

Keep in mind the following height and age requirements for every animal encounter

[Giant Tiger]

• The giant tiger is over 2.5 years old
• Guests must be over 18 years old and over 160 cm in height (price of children will be charged as an adult)

[Big Tiger]

• The big tiger is 1.5–2.5 years old
• Guests must be over 18 years old and over 160 cm in height (price of children will be charged as an adult)

[Medium Tiger]

• The medium tiger is 1–1.5 years old
• Guests must be over 17 years old and over 160 cm in height (price of children will be charged as an adult)

[Small Tiger]

• The small tiger is 7–12 months old
• Guests must be over 16 years old and over 150 cm in height (price of children will be charged as an adult)

[Smallest Tiger]

• The smallest tiger is 2–6 months old
  
• Guests of all ages can participate, but an adult must accompany guests under 16 years old
• Children under 2 years old can follow parents for free, children aged above 2 years old will be charged as an adult
  
• A height requirement may apply depending on the size of the tiger. Changes in height requirements will be notified to the Tour Operator in advance.

[Cheetah]

• The cheetah is 1 year old
• Cheetah's ticket must be aged over 4 years old and taller than 110 cm (price of children will be charged as an adult)
