For booking rescheduling, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted

If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted

If you do not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted

The hotel will not re-issue the voucher in case of loss or damage and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispwtes, the hotel's decision is final and binding.
