You will experience the authenticity of small town Italy in the beautiful region of Abruzzo, cook with Chef Liana, author or The Art of Italian Cooking and leader of all our events. You will learn about products and techniques to use at home and discover the Art of Italian Cooking and awaken all of your senses. We are able to accommodate different dietary restrictions.
Pickup included
With The Art of Fresh Pasta classes, join Liana & Lilianna in the beautiful town of Cerchio in the incredible region of Abruzzo! We will make homemade pasta fresh from scratch, with our pasta sheets we will create the most amazing ravioli and Fettucine for dinner. The class will include preparing our Meatball sauce and for dessert we will be preparing our Panna Cotta with berries. We will enjoy our delicious dinner together with a selection of local wines in Abruzzo style.
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 60 minutes before departure time.
We will provide all travellers a contact number and pick up will be directly in front entrance of the Avezzano Train Station.
