  • 1-Day Round trip from Taipei:
    - 5:00 am: Meet and depart together from Taipei Station or at your designated meeting point in the Taipei area
    - 8:00 am: Arrive at the 7 Heroes of Guguan Mountains and hike the mountains
    - 8:00 pm: Return to Taipei Station or at your designated meeting point in the Taipei area and conclude the tour

  • 1-Day Round trip from Hsinchu:
    - 5:00 am: Meet and depart together from Hsinchu HSR Station or at your designated meeting point in the Hsinchu area

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
  • The activities on the scheduled date may be subject to changes due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or transportation. These cases are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding on this
  • Since the descent time is different for each person, we suggest you start descending early so you can arrive before the agreed return time
  • Taking a detour to Provincial Highway 18 will incur an additional charge of NT$ 2,000. Please pay the driver on-site
  • The pickup and drop-off time and location of the chartered vehicle package may be adjusted. The departure (or return) of the one-way package will require an additional fee. For additional information regarding whether there is an additional charge for the itinerary, please ask customer service
  • During the journey, the driver may drop by some rest stops for toilet breaks and store runs. For rest stops exceeding an hour or for those who wish to hold gatherings, an additional fee of NT$ 300/hr will be charged
  • Adding a second pickup or drop-off location will cost an additional NT$ 300 per trip. For locations within the same county and city, the route must be within 3 kilometers to be considered on-route. If it exceeds 3 kilometers, a charge of NT$ 50 per kilometer will apply, following the same pattern for subsequent distances. For inter-county travel, distance calculation starts after leaving the highway
  • Certain hiking itineraries may require a local off-road shuttle transfer. You will need to personally arrange and book this service as it is not included in the package offer
  • The activities on the scheduled date may be subject to changes due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or transportation. These cases are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding on this
  • Those who choose to postpone cannot request a refund. For other eligible refund requests, a 10% handling fee will be charged. These are the following scenarios that will grant you a full refund or allow you to reschedule your trip: (1) The Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon or heavy rain report, (2) The national park is closed due to safety issues related to COVID-19, and (3) The government issues a Level 3 Alert due to safety issues related to COVID-19
  • In the event of snowy weather conditions, you are required to cover the cost of installing snow chains on the vehicle. The cost will be determined based on the charges set by local providers
  • The shuttle service requires at least 6 participants to travel. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date

Purchase Summary

  • Mountain hiking activities are potentially dangerous. Please understand the unpredictable emergencies you may encounter and be responsible for yourself (including your personal valuables). It is recommended to proactively inform family members and relatives of the itinerary and precautions related to this event
  • Participants need to carefully evaluate their physical fitness and health status. It is not recommended for travelers with the following conditions to participate in this project: poor physical fitness, surgery within the past 6 months, asthma, history of cardiovascular disease, fear of heights, pregnancy, and other dangerous conditions and health factors
  • During the itinerary, you must follow the instructions of the coach or guide and abide by the relevant regulations of the activity. If there is any violation, you will be responsible for the consequences
  • You need to bring your own rain gear (raincoat, rain pants, rain gear, etc.) and wear hiking boots or sports shoes. If the equipment is not complete, the coach or guide has the right to refuse to lead, and no refunds will be given
  • During the itinerary, if environmental factors are severe enough to raise safety concerns (weather, terrain, personnel conditions), the guide has the right to change the original itinerary on an ad hoc basis. This includes route selection, camping location, whether to climb to the summit, whether to retreat, etc. Safety first is the priority in everything. If you withdraw due to personal reasons (such as temporary commitments, lack of physical strength, altitude sickness, etc.), you must bear the resulting expenses (such as food, accommodation, transportation, etc.) by yourself. Unfinished activity fees will not be refunded
  • Group or individual package itinerary products are subject to the Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication (MOTC) of the Republic of China. When you complete the reservation, it means that you agree and accept the provisions
