Discover the secrets of two irresistible sauces, prepared with selected fresh ingredients. Teresa will show you how to make a third pasta format, so you have an overview of the best pasta sizes that collect the sauce well. The skills acquired during the course will be a treasure that you will carry with you throughout your life. You can replicate the recipes at home, delighting friends and family with homemade dishes.Ortigia market tour extra €50 cash. What will you do at the market : Discover the typical fresh and preserved Sicilian products. Enjoy small tastings, Teresa will do the Shopping for the cooking class. Learn basic recipes of the Sicilian tradition. The tour starts at 8.30 and lasts one hour. At 10.00 the cooking class starts in the Arenella area. Only by booking extra tours will you have a selection of recipes written in English as a gift.
