Every 2 children (including pre-school children & primary/middle school students) must be accompanied by one adult above 18 years old

Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

The venue cannot be held liable for visitors’ injury, loss, or other problems that may occur

Reselling tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted, and the organizer will not be liable in such cases

Certain artworks may not be available due to large crowds or maintenance

The artworks and their specifications may change by season

Some artworks can go into the water. Please take your own precautions against water damage

The exhibition may be canceled due to circumstances of the venue

The exhibition may be (temporarily) canceled in case of inclement weather warnings such as severe wind, rain, and thunderstorms

The exhibition may be canceled in case of bad weather that puts visitors' safety at risk at the venue. Cancellation will be announced on the venue's official website and social media

Tickets can only be refunded if the venue has an unscheduled closure

Please come to the entrance at the admission time indicated on the ticket and wait in line

There is no limit on the duration of your stay at the venue after admission

During busy periods, you may be required to wait outside before entry. Please come with appropriate preparation against heat exhaustion or the cold depending on the season

If you would like to leave the line temporarily, please make sure that someone in your party stays behind

As this is a nature walk, for safety reasons, please refrain from viewing the artworks in a wheelchair or a stroller

Please look after your own personal belongings. The venue will not not be liable for any stolen or lost items

The venue is dark with uneven and unsteady footing in many places. Be aware of your own actions as well as those around you. If you are with young children, please watch over them closely for their safety

There is a possibility that heavy, rain-soaked branches may fall (falling branches) or that trees may fall. Please be aware of this and exercise caution. In the event of any falling objects, please notify a nearby staff member

The artworks may produce flashing lights and loud sounds

Please do not leave any garbage behind, make sure to take them away with you to protect the environment

Media filming may take place without prior notice. If you do not wish to be featured in the coverage, please inform local staffs

Identification may be required for age verification. Please carry a valid ID that indicates your age when arriving

As you will be walking with natural surroundings, please be advised to wear appropriate clothings and comfortable shoes

Drones, items that exceed 50cm, food & alcoholic beverages & drinks with no lids, hazardous items (such as items with strong smells, fresh flowers, etc.); and any other items deemed to be dangerous by local staffs are prohibited

Please refrain from bringing check-in size luggages/wheelchairs/strollers, as there will be no place for storage

Photography without flash light is allowed but please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other visitors

Use of monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc is prohibited

Please do not enter areas that are fenced off or where the entry is simply prohibited

Please follow the local staffs' instructions. Visitors that do not follow them may be escorted out of the premises
