A gastronomic tour of Bergen, offers you a chance to sample a variety of traditional and modern cuisine. In the afternoon, enjoy a coffee and a traditional dessert such as krumkake, waffles with whipped cream and berries, or the famous Bergen cinnamon rolls. For dinner, sample the local cuisine of western Norway, such as seafood stew or rakor (mussels and potatoes). Wash it down with a local craft beer or aquavit. In addition to sampling the local cuisine, visit local food shops and delis to buy ingredients and souvenirs to take home.

Here you will sample some Norwegian dishes and local specialities Like pinnekjøtt- Pinnekjøtt is a traditional Norwegian dish made from lamb ribs that have been salted and dried. The name "pinnekjøtt" translates to "stick meat" in English, which refers to the fact that the ribs are traditionally cooked on a bed of birch sticks. Fish dishes and lamb head depending on the time of the year.

We will pick you up to start the tour. If you need to be picked up at a specific location please kindly inform us upon booking. Our guide will have a Travenor sign if you will be picked up at the airport/port. If you will be picked up at the hotel our guide will meet you up in the hotel lobby .
