A certified instructor guides you through easy recipes using traditional Japanese fermented ingredients, with an in-depth lecture in a small-group setting.
The class is just 2 hours long, making it perfect even for busy travelers!
In the summer season, we’ll make cold noodles—a classic Japanese summer dish—and refreshing cold miso soup. You’ll be amazed! We also have a vegan option by request.
