- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Please note a printed ticket is needed to enter Taronga Zoo. Please must collect the tickets at Fantasea Cruising Sales Offices at Darling Harbour 26 or Circular Quay Wharf 6, before heading to Taronga Zoo
- The captain of the vessel has the sole and absolute discretion to adjust the scheduled route or destination of the cruise if, for any reason, the captain considers it necessary for the safety and welfare of the vessel, its passengers, and its crew
- Passengers must not bring any illegal substances or alcohol onto the vessel
- All personal belongings will be the passenger's own responsibility
- Passengers who fail to arrive before the indicated time may be classified as no-shows and will not receive any refunds
