The procedure :

Through this step, you will learn how to make sushi .Since it is very difficult to make sushi with real fish out of the blue ,repeat this step several times to practice .This is a very important point. ・Lecture on Nigiri Finally, you will try your hand at making nigirizushi using real fish and rice.The neta varies depending on the season, but you can have the best variety and quantity of sushi in Japan, until you are full. ・Lecture on Gunkan After repeating the nigiri practice for a while, we will give you a lecture on gunkan ( it's like a warship) items such as salmon roe,negitoro (crushed sea urchin, and so on.You will learn that there is a front and back side to the nori and tips on how to roll the nori.
Nigiri and rolls made with tuna, sea bream, egg, negitoro, okra, tobiko, salmon, avocado, etc. can be eaten until you are full.
