Please inform us of your arrival time in the booking, your table will only be on hold for 10 minutes.If you are late, you will have to wait for your table. No refunds will be given.
For reservation below 2 pax for swing zone, you will have to share table as minimum is for 2 pax.

(Subject to Option Inclusions)- Departure: Meet the operator at 10:00 - 19:00. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Please choose your arrival time & do not be late. If you do not put any reservation time, we will automatically choose 10 AM reservation time for you. If you are late, there will not be any refund..Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time

Important Reservation Policy:
15-Minute Hold: Your table will be held for 15 minutes maximum after your scheduled reservation time. Rescheduling: Changes to your booking must be made at least 2 hours before your original reservation time. Late Arrival Penalty: If you arrive later than the 15-minute window: Your prepaid credit of 300 per person will be forfeited. You’ll need to rejoin the waitlist for a new table (subject to availability).
Note: No exceptions apply. Plan accordingly to avoid losing your credit or reservation.

There will be no refunds if you do not claim your dine-in credit upon bill settlement.
