By train: Take line U7, U8, or U15 to the Ruhbank (Fernsehturm) or Waldau stops, both just a short walk away through the forest to the TV tower. From Stuttgart main station, the U7 takes 11 minutes, while the U15 takes 16 minutes to reach Ruhbank (Fernsehturm)
By car: Take B27 to Dobelstrasse, then follow Sonnenbergstrasse and Richard-Wagner-Strasse to Jahnstrasse. For the A8 motorway, exit at 52a-52b and follow signs to B27. Free parking is available at the tower, but it's located within a low-emission zone. Use Park & Ride lots outside the zone for a fee of 1-2 euros per day
