Florida is a great place to paddle with all the waterways there is something for everyone. It is a way to get out on the water and explore. The Gulf/Ocean provides a place for refuge/serenity, allowing you a real glimpse into the creatures of the bay and it's wildlife. A peaceful way to spend time in nature.
Options
2 Hour Paddle Boarding
Duration: 2 hours: Add an additional hour of paddling to paddle farther and see more of the bay and possibly more wildlife
What's included in Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson in Panama City Florida
(Subject to Option Inclusions)We will meet by Lake Caroline. Sign a waiver. Have a land lesson and then start the lesson on Lake Caroline. After everyone is comfortable controlling and maneuvering their board, we will head out into the bay. During this lesson we will notice wildlife in and out of the water. Local landmarks and information about the area will be talked about.
Inclusions
- Paddle board, paddle, life jacket, ankle leash
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
