  • Meet our coordinator in front of the main entrance. Facing the Milan Porta Garibaldi Train Station Main Entrance, the meeting point is on the left side just outside the station, in front of Briccocafé next to the stairs and under the covered roof.

• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Our City Wonders representative will be holding a City Wonders tour sign to be easily recognizable at the meeting point. • Most guests will not be required to have a Visa to enter Switzerland; a passport will be enough to enter the Country. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our tours. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged.
