Along the way, you’ll be surrounded by the rich aromas of black pepper vines, cardamom bushes, cinnamon trees, nutmeg trees, clove trees, and vanilla vines, to name just a few. Enjoy a refreshing cup of spice tea during the tour, adding an extra touch of flavor to your adventure. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn the traditional art of climbing a coconut palm, guided by the skilled “spice boys.” The tour includes a visit to the historic Persian baths of Kidichi, built for the second wife of Sultan Said bin Sultan, the first Arab ruler of Zanzibar, who once lived at the Mtoni Palace Ruins.
