Taj Mahal

The main mausoleum is flanked by four minarets and is set amidst a large garden with reflecting pools, adding to its charm and grandeur. The interior of the Taj Mahal is equally breathtaking, with intricate carvings, inlay work using precious and semi-precious stones, and beautiful calligraphy from the Quran.

Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort of Agra, is a historical fort in the city of Agra, India. It was originally a brick fort commissioned by the Rajput king Sikandar Lodi in 1504. The fort underwent major renovations and expansions under the Mughal emperors Akbar, Jahangir, and Shah Jahan, who transformed it into a grand imperial city. Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is known for its architectural and historical significance. It is made of red sandstone and covers an area of about 94 acres, surrounded by double walls and a moat. The fort houses several exquisite structures, including the Jahangir Palace, Khas Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, Moti Masjid, and Sheesh Mahal. You can either visit Itmad-Ud-Daulah Tomb or Agra Fort.
