Established in 1995 we share our love of cheesemaking, great food and wine matches by personalising our tasting experience to individual and group travellers alike.
A visit will truly show the food loving traveller the wonderful artisan food bounty of the Hunter Valley.

Visit our Cheese Tasting room, shopping and gifts to take homeavailable. Enjoy a seated Lunch Tasting of our artisan cheeses, while being hosted by our expert cheese conceige. Join us at the cheesery viewing windows and see our "cheese babies" maturing and the action in the cheesefactory. We are located next to one of the Hunters best known cellars doors, you are welcome to pop-in for a tasting, select your wine to enjoy with lunch. We stock a lare range of housemade and australian preserves, oils and cheese accompaniments - new products and items continually updating. We invite you to share our passion;
