As a result, the guide will provide an explanation of the Sistine Chapel's significance and its artwork before entering the Chapel. The guide will still accompany you inside the Sistine Chapel, but no further commentary can be given once inside.
- During a Papal transition, the Sistine Chapel may close without notice for the Papal Conclave. Access is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for closures.
- Disabled visitors and one accompanying person can enter the Vatican Museums for free. Please notify the activity provider at the time of booking to facilitate this
- Due to uneven surfaces and numerous stairs within the Museums, this tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact us to discuss accessible tour options or alternative arrangements.

- Please arrive 20 minutes before your tour in Via Vittor Pisani 6/8. The Museums have a strict policy of refusing latecomers, and will not accommodate anyone arriving late. Also, , it is not possible to send the tickets to individual bookings; you must meet the group at the designated meeting point.

Arrival Information – Please Read Carefully For Guided Tour bookings: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled entry at Via Vittor Pisani 6/8. The nearest metro station is Cipro (Line A), just a short walk from the meeting point. The Vatican Museums strictly deny late entry, so punctuality is essential. Tickets for guided tours are distributed on-site by the guide and cannot be sent individually in advance. For Self-Guided Entry Ticket bookings: There is no meeting point. You may go directly to the entrance of the Vatican Museums with the PDF ticket we will send by email approximately one hour before your entry time. Important: The Viator or TripAdvisor booking confirmation is not your entry ticket. Only the PDF ticket we send in the separate email will grant you access. Please also bring a valid photo ID (a digital copy is acceptable).
