- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
- Min age to access Slope is 3 years for experienced skiers or Ski School Students
- Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above)
- Due to hygiene reasons, hats and gloves are not included but are available at a minimal cost
